Events
The Venue
SpringBrooke Event Hall includes a banquet room, attached cocktail room, outdoor ceremony pergola, bridal suite, grooms room, deck overlooking the golf course. We can accommodate up to 360 guests between the banquet and attached cocktail room. Contact us for more details.
Additional Costs
We do require a bar tab minimum of $250-$500 depending on event size and type. We also charge a $500 security deposit that will be returned to you if premises is left in acceptable condition after your event.
Catering
We do allow you the option to hire any licensed caterer that you prefer. Proof of license must be submitted to us. Caterers may use our kitchen prep space for plating and food storage.
Included Amenities
Rentals include use, setup and teardown of 8’ round tables, 4’ cocktail tables, and banquet chairs, white table linens, and sound system. Bar service and glassware as well as an on-site facility manager is included in every rental.
Access to the Venue and Grounds
If you rent for a full day, we will open the venue at 8:00am for you to set up and decorate. The evening of the event- music and bar must close down at 12:00 a.m. and entire premises must be vacated by 1:00 a.m.. This includes all of your decorations and any belongings you brought to the premises.
